Refund Policy

We want RaiseSpace to be useful. If you are not satisfied with a one-time Pro package purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@raisespace.org for a full refund.

Team Annual plans may be refunded within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, renewals are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Access may be revoked after a refund is issued.
